Love
If you were to strip out everything else in the Bible, the heart of God is love. God created the world and all that is in it out of love. When man sin and fall short from the glory of God, He still love us so much that He sent His Son to die for our trespasses. But love must be reciprocated. Here, the greatest commandment of all takes a new wholesome meaning : to love God with all of your strength, and all of your soul and all of your mind. It strips away empty traditions and meaningless legalism of religion, as we move into a living relationship with Jesus Christ. We worship, because we love Him, and more importantly because He love us first. Love is the hallmark of creed. Grace is the demonstrative manifestation of love. That is why Christianity has the greatest gift to this fallen world.
